The longtime owner of a nearly 232,000-square-foot manufacturing and office complex in Bristol has sold the property for $3 million.
According to public records, Gaski Leasing Co. sold 575 Broad St. — a 14-acre parcel with multiple buildings dating back to 1915 — to a limited liability company headed by Herman Meisels of Brooklyn, N.Y.
It wasn’t immediately clear what plans Meisels may have for the property, where recent tenants have included Patterson Enterprises and Wireless Propco LLC, according to public records and CoStar, which said Realtor Ryan Martin of Bristol-based Tier 1 Real Estate acted as a listing broker and buyer broker on the transaction.
